So well portrayed Michael, two lovelies.

Marvelous study and appealing to view of this figure in the present , fabulous pose and walking away , the colour contrasts balance well!

Thanks for your inspiration Angela.

Two smashing paintings Michael!

Michael, these two oils are just wonderful. There is a richness with the oils that adds to your usual great compositions and ideas. Just out of interest, what oils have you chosen to use?

Thanks for your kind comments and encouragement Gudrun. I am enjoying using oil but find it's a challenge. Today I was at my group and tried another with less success, so I'm grateful for your inspiration at the moment. I am enjoying the experience of putting it on the canvas. I have a boat load of oil tubes, boxes and kits that I've picked up at markets and car boots and I'll never be able to use it all. The tubes I'm using at the moment are Daler Rowney and Reeves and a Rowney acrylic A4 pad. What a gift we have just loving to paint. Keeps me sane and happy.

Lovely work Michael, 🎨🎨🎨

Love the colour palette , texture, and figure, very effective, Michael.

Thanks Linda and Annick.
