She's very lovely Michael. A graceful look so well painted. No wonder you didn't say anything!

I really like this, Micheal. Beautifully painted, stylish and I love the blue on her face...for me, one of your best.

Thanks Louise and Lewis.

Lots of great things on the site at the moment, this is one of them Michael. Hope you're not too scarred by the experience.

Thanks Marjorie and Linda. I still have nightmares Marjorie.

I do like this portrait very much Michael,Being beautiful and older did not give Dorothy the right to behave inapproprietely with you.Perhaps now that you painted this lady, you will start healing.

I feel better already Annick.

Lovely colours and style, delicately painted Michael.

Great work...love those blues!

Works really well with the soft, watery background.

Michael, a truly beautifully executed portrait, it has a deepness, whether that is down to the washes, the colours or the pose I don’t know. Perhaps the whole package. Hope talking about your struggle has helped to overcome your PTSD.

Thanks Fiona. I still burst into tears from time to time.

Beautiful portrait, love the style. I think I would crop this just down the shoulders. Well done.

Thanks Fred. I see what you mean.

Dorothy. An older work colleague who inappropriately touched me repeatedly on the shop floor when I was 15. I didn't complain 'cause I thought I'd lose my job. This is the first time I've talked about it.
