handsome and I love the shirt Michael.

Thanks John. The pattern's a bit more complicated than that but my 'slap-dash, impatient' personality get the better of me. I'm quick but I'm rough.

How handsome you look in purple Michael! Great selfie!

Thanks Margaret. Of course we know that the colour purple is for 'passion'.

What a sexy shirt it is too Michael :)). A great portrait of the man himself!

Lovely, I thought purple was for royalty Michael !!!

Just brilliant, me 'ansome!

What a gorgeous, humble man with a devilish twinkle in his eyes. Like the unusual pose, as if you're about to spring up and sock someone. Joking aside, it's a very skilful w/c. I have attempted portraits in w/c but they have ended up in the bin.

I think more so with royalty Linda. It is associated with several things including the idea of 'purple passion' as far as I can discover.

Thank you Thalia and Carole.

Heh,heh.....(-:

A good portrait of an handsome man, Michael.

When I grow old, I will wear purple!! - great portrait, Michael

I don’t know how I missed this Michael! There is no wonder you have the ladies falling at your feet, poor Annette, she must be forever tripping over the bodies! Super portrait, especially in watercolour.

Thanks Fiona and Gudrun.

Portrait of the artist as an old man. A man of integrity who proudly spoke his mind and didn’t degrade himself like others who didn’t speak out and who committed repression. A man who didn't blow his own trumpet. Watercolour.
