Ken, this is great; it's so refreshing to see a city scene, too. The perspective and your draughtsmanship are both stunning, yet it isn't overworked or heavy in any way.

Do they get sunshine in Edinburgh? It's always raining when I'm there LOL I agree with the above comments, excellent perspective and painting skills and the way you've painted the sun reflecting off the vehicles works perfectly.

You certainly pulled it off Ken. For me everything works together, drawing, perspective, composition & not least great painting skill to make this a terrific painting.

Superb watercolour painting. The only problem I have are the reflective bursts of light on the cars I don't think it needs that detail, but still a great painting.
