Love that pinky orange Katy and the foreground heron, watching the sunset.

I good sketch, Katy. Sky and reflection done well, and I like the heron. It makes a good focal point. (At least, when I looked at the sketch, my eye went straight to the heron.)

This is lovely and watery Katy, I like that characteristic of marker, ink, watercolour etc. I think it’s the way it all bleeds in to one another. As already mentioned the sky is fabulous, really works.

Thank you for your kind comments on my little sketch, pleased the heron has stood out for some, it was an afterthought because I felt the original sketch lacked focus. We have a lot of grey herons and little white egrets here😊
