Thank you all. It did take quite a long time to complete; I get quite absorbed in the detail! I sometimes wish I could work a little faster, spend less time thinking, and develop a looser style of painting. However, I am really enjoying the process.

Acrylic on Winsor & Newton cotton canvas (20" x 30"). I employed much artistic licence in this painting! I used lots of my own photos of the location and plants along the coastal path near Llantwit Major, all taken in early August 2019. Painted over a few weeks, I finally completed this painting in August 2020.
