This has worked so well Julie! Perfect composition and lovely vibrant colours. I'd love to watch you working with your knife and stick, who needs expensive brushes if this is what can be achieved!

These lovely opium poppies appeared in my garden so I thought I would record them in a painting. Artisan oils on canvas paper painted with a painting knife and a stick! 40 by 30 cm.
