Fascinating artwork John and very well put together

Very interesting back story and an interesting painting too

Really good John.

Lot to see and I particularly like the moon and sun at each end of the illustration John.

The more I look, the more I find to look at John. Terrific.

Thanks everyone. To your comment Fiona, I found myself adding more “species” as I went along :)

For over 30 years the City of Olympia in Washington state celebrates Earth Day with the Procession of the Species. This is where people make costumes, sculptures, dance and play music in a procession of nature. From photos I took last year I made this composite. Pen and ink, coloured pencil, 7”x16” on pastel paper. See more here: www.procession.org
