Oh it's so lovely Jenny, they are such fabulous birds. I'm so glad you managed to complete this super piece.

Now what you mean about loosing interest in a piece Jenny. But it turn out well. For me its usually when doing the background that I loose interest.

Thank you so much Alan and John for your kind comments. (John, I always do the background first as it's the part I'm most likely to mess up! I think I lost interest because I've done these puffins a number of times before - I needed a couple more paintings for some exhibitions coming up in May and puffins always seem popular, so did it for that reason, but it turned into a bit of a chore this time.)
