I'd love to see those cars replaced by coaches horses and curricles Jim. Lackock is the village they used for Meryton in the B.B .C adaptation of Pride and Prejudice. Perfect setting. (-:

Thank you for your kind comments. Yes, Jim, I'd quite prefer coaches and horses too! In fact the village is lined, on most streets, with parked cars, unless they happen to be filming something and they're all moved somewhere.

That's a smashing piece of plein air, Jem. Cars are real problem when you're trying to see around them, eh!!! Lovely fresh work!
