Well done Jim- the waves, rocks, dunes and sky all lead the eye to the focal point the castle.

Well, thank you all for your wonderful comments i really do appreciate them. I'm new on the site and it's taken me some time to find my way around. I don't know how to thank each individual personally but I'll soon find out, thank you all once again. Oh Nancy, the painting was done on canvas board 20" x 30". Hi Malcolm, lovely to hear from you again, probably see you at Rothbury.

Amazing!!, visited Northumberland a few years ago,and absolutely fell in love with the Area,so much History and Natural Beauty,you lucky man,lol.
