Late summer in Coquetdale

Gorgeous Jimmy, I love the colours and feeling of wide expanse.

I very much like this one as well, wonderful sense of distance, great wispy clouds, wish I was there!

The fact that, somehow, you have managed to put as much detail in the sky as in the foreground gives this a real balance. The sheep drinking from the water filled hollow is a great touch too, it lifts the scene out of the ordinary.

Impressive. I have used acrylic many times but basically given up on it due to my lack of ability to produce subtle colour changes and to recreate a certain colour if needed to be repeated.... I see you have no such problem!

This is fantastic Jimmy. I love how the sun is shining on the distant fields and the way the sheep are gently grazing. A sense of serenity.
