This is very good and no you are not a slow learner Jeannie. I don't think anyone really masters watercolour it makes it's own way, which is the excitement of using this medium.

I always think white flowers look so elegant in a painting and this one certainly fits that bill. It's beautifully painted and has a lovely atmosphere about it.

Hi Jeannie I was just looking at your gallery and as I'm in the middle of a Daisy painting in acrylics at the moment this caught my eye. It's fantastic, I love it. The shadows and the use of colour is really good, beautifully painted, and I agree watercolour is a difficult medium, it takes skill to stop the colours becoming muddy and you have really achieved keeping them fresh and light.
