‘Hey Bulldog’ was released in 1969 on the soundtrack album ‘Yellow Submarine’ and was written primarily by John Lennon. It was originally titled ‘Hey Bullfrog’. During the Beatles session Paul and John ended up barking, woofing and howling as they ad-libbed over the songs finale and the title was subsequently changed to ‘Hey Bulldog’.
