Really well painted picture 🖼️

Another really good painting, super use of colour

A challenge well met to paint shadow & light like this. well done.

Excellent painting Hazel. Is this the road leading to Cave Dale?

Many thanks for your comments, no this lane leads down the stones to the river and entrance to Peak Cavern ("Devil's Arse") if you turn round and head back along the top of the market place, you'll find Cave Dale sharp right! :D The central building used to be the Douglas House museum. P.S. There's never any sunshine up Cave Dale this time of year... brrrr!!
