Thank you all for your thoughtful comments very much appreciated and Alan I never intended to do a Wesson Sky just slapped it on and tried to keep it light against the dark landscape but I will take that as a compliment 😉

It certainly was intended as a compliment William… sometimes they work out, often they don’t, but wet in wet is such unpredictable fun!

Watercolour on Saunders not surface. Haven’t done much just lately due to health but thought I had better try and catch up with just a quick one. Used from a photo I came across and just did a few brief outlines in pencil as I did not want detail although you could not see any in the photo very inediscripted and probably bares no resemblance? A bit made up?
