Thanks all for your comments, the colours aren’t reproduced that well in the photograph here. Photographing artwork I think is something a lot of artists have problems with.

Thanks again to all of you for commenting on this painting. I must say that I am not big on painting landscapes and are never really happy with them, though with this one, I think I’m getting somewhere. The main colours in this are ultramarine and lemon yellow for the land and ultramarine and cerulean blue for the sky.
