" Bad moon on the Rise", surely do Carole. Nice illustration of it...(-:

Yes do remember um, But my great love was and still is Windmill of you Mind sung only by Noel Harrison. The last verse goes: Like a circle in a spiral Like a wheel within a wheel Never ending or beginning, On an ever spinning wheel As the images unwind Like the circle that you find In the windmills of your mind

Oh good, thought I was the oldest on here Jim. Thanks.

Oh yes I love that too John. Didn't they use in a film?

The Thomas Crown Afair. But I never saw the film.

Yes great film, they did a remake of it but not seen that.

Absolutely lovely, Carole. Gorgeous colours and granulation effects. It looks like you enjoyed this!

Thanks Ann, yes love doing stuff like this but most not fit to show :))

Some nice textures there. Well done.

No..... not the oldest one, Carole, I think I’m among those 😄 I remember Bad moon on the Rise and Windmill of your Mind.....how about Nights in White Satin? The painting is beautiful and I love the granulation.

A really lovely piece Carole and don't worry, you're not the only oldie here! I remember all those songs - funny I can remember the words of all the oldies but the music 'nowadays doesn't register at all with me, I don't think that in say, fifty years, people will remember the pop songs of today.

Beautiful colours Carole, and yes! I am also in the merry band of 'oldies', although I did go to Glastonbury again this year even though I will not see 70 again!!

Yes and really enjoyed their music Carole, nearly as much as I'm enjoying viewing this.

Thank you so much all lovely to hear all your views. Jennifer I won't see 70 again neither! ;). It seems we have a few of us oldies on here. Yes I have Knights in White Satin, love Moody Blues Ellen. Don't know why my posting came up again, honestly I only posted it once 🤔

Love the title and love the painting Carole!

Thank you Satu very kind of you.
