Looks very good, elegant and superbly painted Carole. A lovely painting.

Yes it works when one steps back from the monitor screen, then it all comes together. Like it.

Yes! I really like this one Carole, love the brightness that it enhances.

Yes, I like it too Carole. ( Complete with a couple of spiders webs :) )

Dramatic and different. love the spiders web and quite by accident I'm sure there are two little faces of dogs!!! A Terriers face at top right and directly below the face is a little fox facing left . I know I do have a good imagination so perhaps I am on my own seeing these little faces. but I can't find any other secrets really well done Carole

Oooh this looks good Carole, a very interesting experiment. I can't see what Tao can but I can see a snout and big ears which look like a pig! Crikey my imagination is going wild!!

I think it's a cracking experiment Carole...love it!

This is lovely! I think the black and white gives it a nice graphic feel so it definitely works. I also really like the little web details :)

We all know, or should know that tonal range in any painting is an important aspect, not always easy to see when we paint in colour of course; nice piece Carole.

ok i give in. Where are the spiders Carole

Thank you all. Pete he is camera shy ;)

I think it looks fabulous, Carole!
