That's great, you have met the challenge very well.

Really stunning work, love all the curled up leaves.

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment on my drawing Thomas and Lesley, I really appreciate it.

Fabulous, I like this one best in this portflio. Makes the painted one I have just finished look a bit tame.

The withering flower head is just great! Well done.

A very well rendered piece, Carole. The tonal work is great.

Thank you Sue Avril and Seok, very kind of you all, lovely to get feedback.

Stunning drawing!

I agree with you: this is more satisfying (and difficult) to draw than a well formed good looking flower (in my opinion). And you did it beautifully, well done, Carole.

Fantastic drawing; I love to see drawings on the site, and also things that have been knocked about a bit, drooped, withered, but still just about hold on. (Wonder why that would be....)

Thanks Thea and Mia. Robert, a bit like us I think, you know knocked about, droopy, withered etc. Creaking gates come to mind eh! AhAh. Thanks for your comment, I would like to see more drawing on here too.

Super realistic drawing Carole.

My version of sunflower past it's best. More challenging then when in flower. Pencil 15 x11"
