A wonderful painting Carole, love the colours, the berries look so juicy :)

Really well painted Carole, a beautiful illustration.

You have created an autumnal jewel, Carole, this is beautiful.

So beautifully done. Lucious .

Beautiful. Lovely illustration of how nature ripen fruit in stages. Brilliantly done.

Exceptional work Carole, no more words needed. One of your best.

These berries and the hawthorns really jump out of the gallery. The detailed berries are wonderfully set in that lovely loose background.. Love the style. Incidentally, you have an attractive signature ! I hate to put mine on my work because it&#39;s so bad, not only that but no two are remotely similar any more! <br />Diana

Carole, this is really beautiful, and those berries do look very juicy! Like the loose work at the bottom with some of the white paper left, it adds extra interest and a nice contrast.

Lovely painting Carole

It is like a set of jewels, like C.A. says, and the runs look like shadows -happy accident.

Another wonderful beauty Carole

Thank you all for your very generous comments, even my signature Diana! I find them very encouraging :)

I&#39;m enjoying your berry blitz, Carole! Another lovely piece, with super washes, textures and palette.

Gorgeous sparkling blackberries Carole, it&#39;s another beauty!

Lovely berries but the shadows are wonderful Carole!

Wonderful washes, shadows and colours, Carole, very good painting.

What a wonderful piece of art, Carole! Truly luscious!

You made them look really juicy, Carole!

Really lovely Carole, you are so good at these juicy watercolour paintings!
