Like this Carole a good balance between representation and abstract. you have caught the colour and translucence of the petals without actually painting a single one. The suggestion works very well. I did not realise there are so many varieties. One of my favourites is the goats beard. I adore those great big systematic structured seed heads they produce. In fact I have one in my display cabinet and it been there at least 2 years.

Thanks John. Yes I like the goats beard one it is the most dramatic i think. I have a photo of the seedheads in the sunlight which fascinates me. I have noticed them on the grass verges as I've waited at traffic lights, longing to get out and grab one but that wouldn't be sensible 🙄

LOL, try a more sensible spot Carole. And leave the car at home.
