Another gloomy day.

I really like the colours & the way you've used them. It certainly fells inspired by wind as well as rain!

This site doesn't seem to like ampersands - my comment should of course read "the colours and the way you've used them" Can I ask if your foreground stems/grasses are an overlay onto the dry painting, or scratches in wet washes? I think they work very well and its an effect I've been messing around with with mixed results

Thank you Bill and Karyl for your kind comments. Bill: the grasses are painted wet into wet with some scratches. I tend to paint mostly wet into wet as I love the soft effects you can achieve.
