Delightful Rod.

You’ve made a difficult subject look simple here Rod. Good work

Great painting Rod.

It's lovely, has an almost 3D quality

Thanks to everyone for your supportive comments.

The more I look at this the more I like it Rod. The strong shapes and colours in the flowers look very contemporary. The jug looks like porcelain and has a strong shape.

Love how you have painted this Rod, with particular attention to the variety of shapes and colours. Wonderful work.

It's not that realistic, if you look at the wonderful reference photo, but who will look and does it matter? I'm fairly pleased with the outcome and I am delighted with the addition of generic medium on the consistency of the paint Photo Credit: the wonderful Susan Roghair
