Another great still life, Fiona - this painting has so much character, and so much of interest... I like how you've put some touches of red at the bottom of the painting, to balance all the red at the top...

Found these stunning flowers in the local market and had to paint them. All a bit too controlled, but I enjoyed doing it.

Fiona Rossington

After a career teaching Science, I am now retired and have time to enjoy a local Art class. I find pastel suits my style but I also enjoy trying to use water colours to good effect. I love painting flowers but also enjoy buildings, which so far I have painted from photos I have taken.
