Three excellent postings Federico but I like this one most of all. The light on the horizon is perfect in capturing the mood you wish to achieve. The light shining on the stones is terrific and the whole painting evokes that early morning nip in the air.

Oil on 40x40 cm. North Pennines. After a super cold night I woke up to some beautiful light. I've painted several scenes from that day. Although this one is technically better than others of mine I am not entirely happy
