There’s lots of ways to use cold wax, including as a final coat for oils… similar to a varnish! You haven’t said how, but I’m presuming that you used it to add substance to the oils… interesting work Faye.

Although not done that yet and not sure if you blend it as soon as you put the cold wax on? I used the wax mixed with oils from the start. What I am trying to find out is can I use just oil on its own on top of the layers as the last coat? I would I put this on forum but can't find the oil conservation 🙃
