Certainly has the look of a cityscape in misty weather and poor light , but that’s just my take on it. Looks a bit like looking over old Hong Kong with the busy in between and more building in the distance . It certainly a lovely painting no matter what you see in it.

It looks like they’re shrouded in mist. I painted one similar, years back of the New York skyline in the mist and it was sold. I like this a lot.
