Lapwings -watercolour on Not paper, 16x12" by Emma Price

This was a make-it-up-as-you-go effort - hence it's rather hit and miss. I like the bird at the bottom right....but if I'd planned it out in advance I guess it would have turned out better! Maybe one for another day. At least it was good practice for painting lapwings! Ultramarine, yellow ochre, permanent rose and Winsor yellow.
