A lovely painting of the orchids and curlews Emma. The more you look, the more you see, the lovely delicate markings on the rocks, the distant hills and the clouds are also painted beautifully.

Visited this beautiful part of Yorkshire last week, saw lots of early purple orchids, mountain pansies, birds-eye primrose (all specialists of the limestone grassland), while the breeding curlews called anxiously. Watercolour on HP paper.
