I love snow scenes and this comes way up the list of a perfect snowy subject for me Dorothea. It has a lovely glow and a stillness that comes before a further covering.

I really like your colours in this snowy scene. It captures the haziness you get on some snowy days. I too was encouraged to do “academic” subjects not art and wished I had!

A sad tale on your profile.... I hate hearing that young people are directed away from something, like poetry, that can be a life passion. So glad you are underway now. I have a pupil who is eighty.... so keep it up. You will have heaps of time! A great job here>
