Thankyou Fiona, it was taxing trying to fill the squares as I worked around the sheet but great for developing concentration.

38 images on an 18 x 14" grid attempting to produce texture, variation and abstraction to complement a number of miniatures depicting some of the miriad of natures twisted and misshapen hawthorns. More hours put in to this than most of my recent stuff but I've enjoyed the experience. For those interested the colours are pressman blue and quinacridone deep gold.
