Great abstract painting Steven.

A real eye-catcher, Stevan. Beautiful composition and great strong, warm colours.

Carole and Mia, thanks for the feedback. Steve

Lovely composition and colours, Stevan.

Thanks Richard and Jenny. Appreciate your comments

There is real weather coming in that sky Stevan and it sets the scene of your description. Poor tree worn down by the elements, great textures and very reminiscent of limestone. It’s a cracker!

Thanks once again Fionna. It's good to get feedback and you are particularly generous with your thoughts. Steve

I've tried a couple of times to create a picture that I'm happy with and this is the most suitable so far. I'm particularly pleased with the abstract rocks that I feel ties the image to the limestone of the Yorkshire dales.
