Were you actually in Venice when you painted this? I like the blurry, misty effect you created, like when you’re seeing something from far away.

There’s nothing wrong with drawing from photographs. I draw from photos all the time. It’s just you’ve captured this drawing so convincingly, I thought you must have been there.

Hi Dennis I will be going around fifth April as long as not snowing or icy because it's terrifying driving a long distance in those conditions. Look great in your paintings though for a short walk. Got a mooring at front now with electric and right next to the car.
