What a wonderful painting - and so quick!!!

Thanks for the comment David. I myself was more than happy with the outcome. No time to fiddle! Just push on and see what happens! It’s taken me many years to realise that I seem to get the best results when I use a big brush, plenty of water and when the pigments in my palette are moist. I paint to please myself - but it is very satisfying when my painting is appreciated by someone else!

Wow, what a lovely quickie!

Wow, in 30 minutes, excellent results

The beauty of painting on the spot, full of energy and movement.

Excellent painting and done so well.

Amazingly good. Especially as it only took you 30 minutes to paint!

Beautiful, Denis!

I took the opportunity provided by a break in the weather to draw this sketch from outside the village hall where we were painting - the colour was splashed on indoors. The job was done in just over 30 minutes.
