Under Repair
Friday evening is when I have a couple of hours with fellow members of the Art Club. At this time of year time for painting is restricted and so this was done in a bit of a rush. The building was originally a pumping station, one of hundreds in the Fens. It was converted long ago into a dwelling and when I made the painting it was having a new roof put on. Technique? Drawn with a stick and using Indian Ink on Bockingford extra rough paper. Water colour applied loosely with a half inch flat brush.
