Once again, working on canvas, I used inks - for their wonderful intense colours, over paste, which I first put on, allowed to dry then painted over. I use inks the way I use watercolours.....and I mix watercolours in with the inks. I varnish the canvas once dry - just in case someone wants to wipe it clean one day!
