The Parthenon

Deniz I admire your studies and efforts but I must say that either you are aiming at semi abstract or you've got this very wrong in terms of structural accuracy. I would like to know.

I was going for something abstract. I tend to do so more when working with chalk. Still, there's an issue with the lines making this look like it's leaning. I never use rulers, always working freehand but this time it seems as if the lines could have been made straighter and the columns more parallel.

Thanks Deniz. I don't use rulers either and luckily have a good eye but nowadays very shaky hands. It's not the straightness of lines, it's the perspective of the top shapes and verticals but you've certainly got something worthwhile going there.
