Pin Mill is a place of legend for English watercolourists. Seago and Wesson loved this place, and it’s still a favourite outdoor location for many artists running courses at Flatford Mill, as it has hardly changed over the years. This is the view as you walk down the narrow road which ends here, sketched in pencil with colour notes and watercolour and ink added later. The red brick building on the left has little architectural merit but contains the public loos so has a greater importance for visiting outdoor artists.
