Thanks Fiona, Put it where it shouldn't have been. LOL, its taken a while to get somewhere near better, still very stiff joints and feels strange trying to hold a pencil or brush, It tends to do its own thing now, bit like THING from the Munster's. LOL.

Thank you all for your kind words and wishes. getting better by the day mainly joints mainly stiff and tend to lock up occasionally.
