A sunflower by David Sherwin

I love painting flowers, and sunflowers are a favourite. . What i like with this is you have a sense of movement a looseness that helps describe the shape. Maybe increase your darks...a lot, this will give you more depth.

Just had a look through your gallery, and I'm impressed by the variety of your work and the awareness you show, of colour, tone and contrast, etc. Well done, and keep posting!
