Le Sommeil is very picturesque with the Canal du Midi and the boats. Wandering along the canal bank I was attraced by the colours of the fields leading to the distant mountains. I hope to have captured the warmth and colour of an afternoon in late September. Acrylic on canvas stretched on board measures 45x40cms
