Thank you David, Paul, Chris and Heather, and yes Paul, I was incredibly lucky as we had been watching him for an hour, before he leapt onto the rock. He was standing up like that for no more than 3 seconds before he lay down!

18" x 14"' Oil painting on canvas board. This was painted from a photo I was fortunate enough to be able to take, whilst on safari in the Serengeti, Tanzania. My original photo actually came runners up in The Times Travel photo competition.
