Watercolour on Jacksons 400lb students card, not an easy paper to use but as I bought 80 sheets some time ago I thought it time to start using some. Not sure how the colours will come out on this site but here goes. I used tube students colours, washes were not easy as the paper is unsealed and washes soak in immediately also dilute paint already on the paper very quickly. However this was an attempt at freedom as very little pre drawing was done, again an eraser is not usable on the paper as the surface is so soft. but with the water, lower party the wash was applied very wet and colour applied straight away, which gave a good effect on the water.
