Yes, it is surprising when you get so immersed in the painting process that when you stand back and look at what you have done, you almost surprise yourself. A nice moment I think. Lovely cat and really sensitively and nicely portrayed.

This is our `T C` He is a a character of a cat, whilst I agree that they all have individual characters this is a special cat, but then I would say that would`nt I ! In Pastel the picture is I believe the first one that I realy ( got into ) I literally lost myself in the picture and then suddenly found a finishished work that left me wondering how I had achieved it, thats when I realised that to have such a level of concentration in the work in hand is a state that is not always easy to find, but what a difference it makes when one can do so. am I making sense ?. Whatever that is how I felt and realy enjoyed it.
