Late afternoon mood , Stubai Glacier, Tirol, Austria. Watercolour 52x32cm on Arches 300g rough, stretched. I had been lucky to enjoy a sunset on top of the Stubai glazier. This time of the day is very special, because right before the sun is disappearing all the mountain scenery is covered in warm glowing colors. It is hard to catch the right moment before the colors turn colder and colder. With winter scenes I prefer to have warm colors in contrast to the cool snow areas.
