Beautiful colouring especially the sky.

You obviously have an advanced understanding of the magical properties for watercolour Christof

You lucky person Christof, mountains are my first love but not lucky enough to live amongst them. To me this painting shows you feel the soul of the mountains, great lines and colours and an incredible sky. I like the way you have captured the forest in the foreground. I love to ain't Mountain and hills and I must say, for me this is a stunning painting, I can feel the mountain, great stuff Christof.

“Bettelwurf (2726m)”, Karwendel, Tirol, Austria. 76x56cm, Watercolour on Arches rough, 300g. This majestic mountain is the first I see when I look out of the window of our home. Most of the time at least one of the two peaks is hidden in clouds. You can watch the first sunrays releasing more and more details of the mountain. It always looks different, but most beautiful is when new snow has fallen and fog is climbing up the steep crags. Hope you like my work.
