You have cleverly eliminated detals of no use and created a skilled work of workers creating a masterpiece probably as good as this record .

Two great works, Christof, full of light and movement, very well painted.

56x38cm Watercolour on Bockingford extra rough, 420g. Three weeks before Christmas my brother-in-law was invited to take part during an art cast for a statue he ordered. It was an exciting occasion I did not want to miss. http://www.kunstgiesserei.at The glowing material with a heat of 1200 degrees Celsius was casted manually into ceramic moulds. The atmosphere with all the bright light and smoke was just incredible. I shot several photos of this spezial event, worked out some tonal sketches and developed this watercolour painting from the refernce material.
