This was a very complex oil done in a short space of time in the evening. I did some tidying up the next day as it got too dark (and I gave up for the day!) I am not overly fond of this painting as it was such a rush, it ended up being slightly poorly painted towards the end in terms colour (especially in the foreground and the decking in the distance) - knowing it was a very difficult subject made me feel better!
