In last night's Artsocial zoom class we were looking at collage (Matisse etc). Firstly I thought "Nah that's not for me" ...then I decided to "have a go" It felt like I was 10 years old again! Didn't think at one stage that anything was going to be created with any sense...but layering up oil pastels on top of the collage and then acrylic paints to finish, I was actually rather pleased with the whole effect. It's all about experimentation!
